Lerome Granger was very helpful and quick to get started on our project. My Dad is a retired builder and was old school and Lerome showed him some stuff as soon as they met and really impressed Dad. Also, as I helped Dad get all his paperwork ready, the County and Duke Energy needed some plans and everything is done online nowadays and Lerome was quick to get us some plans via email to forward to the County. Lerome also advised Dad on how things are done and that saved time as we had the paperwork needed and the plans reflected what the roofing company and the County needed for Dad to move forward on his new house. We would recommend Lerome highly as he did a great job on Dad's new house plan.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to to listen to our customers, to make sure we are providing the services they need for their project. We come out to the site, and help you walk through your design, or construction project. We then begin to move forward be working to complete the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the construction business for the last 15 years, and designing for the last 20 years. We always follow the current building codes. We stay up with all the changes by attending courses offer by other professional dealing with construction, and the Florida Building code.
