Jamie was amazing at what he does. He answered all my questions and concerns along with took detailed pictures. He may be new on thumbtack but his previous experience makes Jamie a great inspector.
Jamie came early and communicated throughout. His three pack of inspection, wind mitigation and 4 point was a good value. Will be using Jamie again if I need another inspection.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable and affordable. We offer discounts when 2 or more Inspections are requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, attempt to make contact with the future customer, so we can figure out what exactly are their needs. Once we establish what type of Inspection or Inspections are needed, we can move forward and schedule the appointment. Either if it's before, during or after the inspection, we will be prepared to answer questions or educate the customer if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of construction and other various skilled trades experience. I have been a Home Inspector since 2023, with over 2000 homes inspected, with the majority of them being done through another company I was working under.
