I booked two other highly rated cleaners one confirmed and never showed up. The second could only work afternoons and canceled 15 minutes before the confirmation time. Vanessa was responsive and always messaged me quickly and was able to accommodate us at short notice. She was great and they went and got our home show ready for the realtor. They were so friendly and did exactly the areas I needed cleaned and focused on and did an amazing job!
