I do not think 3 stars is fair for one couch not being able to fit in one room. 3 star rating for the entirety of the out of state move from FL to TX with a almost full 26foot truck. I showed Mrs.daaiyah on my stud finder when mounting the TV upstairs that there is electrical all through out the wall that was stopping me from drilling any lower for the mount, the other guy she hired off of thumbtack was playing with fire and could’ve gotten hurt and or made damages to the house.my stud finder doesn’t lie and it said there was electrical all through out any lower than where I had the mount oringinally. there’s a reason we had zero damages and no problems. It’s because we are professionals and have the experiance to move safely and efficiently, and we do not take risks. Imagine what would happen if that other guy hit a live wire drilling the screw in, well first he would be in danger physically due to the shock you’d feel. And then you have to get that live wire fixed because having live wire exposed is a fire hazard. Could’ve ended so bad if drilled into a live wire. And with the couch you seen us Mrs.daaiyah…we tried and flipped it. I’m sorry if we were a little tired and did not see the way to bring it into that very small room with tight hallway and entryway. You had us come out that same day we agreed to even though there was alot of traffic and when we started the dropoff it was night time, raining and cold yes after a 6 hr ride we were a little tired and with you in need of your items that night we did it that night and completed the move with no damages and everything assembled. I’m sorry we couldn’t meet all of your needs. Mrs.daaiyah asked us to move almost every item 2-3 times while at the drop off, she would not put her dog away even though we told her many times that he’s getting in the way I don’t mind dogs at all but he was underneath our feet constantly. Still being as flexible and workable as we are I was moving my feet slowly throughout the house trying not to step on the dog that was dancing and going under my steps every where I went. We made sure every T was crossed and every I was dotted, Mrs.daaiyah was very particular about every little thing and had added so much additional work with these little tedious things. She even asked for a refund on the tv mount because one was not to her liking, even though the work was already completed and the tv was up in the air and I told her and showed her on the stud finder that I can’t drill any lower due to electrical. Do not think a 3 star review is fair at all for the amount of hard work we did. Just for one couch not going into a room
