Hired on Thumbtack
After having several people inspect my sprinkler system and being told everything was working just fine, I knew something still wasn't right.
Thankfully, I found Aldo Valdez of Property Care Plus & Services, LLC through Thumbtack.
From the beginning, Aldo was friendly, courteous, and professional. He even accommodated a last-minute change to my appointment time, which I greatly appreciated.
What truly impressed me was his dedication.
Aldo spent more than two hours carefully investigating my sprinkler system. He discovered several lines that had been clogged for a very long time, along with previous modifications to the piping and several breaks.
He attempted to flush out the clogged lines and worked methodically through the entire system.
Here's what sets Aldo apart: He took the time that others wouldn't.
Rather than suggesting we simply shut off a troublesome line or settle for getting enough water, Aldo went through the entire process until he had all the sprinklers running properly.
He didn't take shortcuts, and he didn't give up.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a job correctly rather than simply getting it done.
Aldo is not only knowledgeable and hardworking but also a genuinely nice person.
I couldn't be happier with his work and highly recommend Aldo Valdez and Property Care Plus & Services, LLC.
Thank you, Aldo, for going above and beyond!
