Called for help on a leaky dishwasher - he diagnosed the problem and traced the leak not from the dishwasher but from the water filter. Two other techs said it was the dishwasher leaking. I told him the dishwasher was leaking. He very professionally figured it out . He was thorough, neat and a pleasure to talk to while he worked.
