This company goes as Vleyz and is a scam; they asked for a deposit of $321 through Zelle and when I sent it they said they would reimburse if I used them for the work; they then tried charging me 2000 and when I told them no they said they found the leak and can replace copper pipes to stop the leak we had for 800. I moved forward and they did not send pictures as promised of the copper pipes and completed the work on half hour and charged me for it and the leak continued when they left. I then requested the reimbursement of the 321 and they stopped answering. They are a complete fraud! Please Beware

This company sent a technician to diagnose what was wrong with my fridge. The tech showed up with no tools or gauges open the fridge door did not even bother plug it in and told me he was done in less than 2 mins and wanted me to pay the service fee plus 300 dollars for Freon ( how did he come to this estimate with no tools and not looking at anything did not even plug it in) . Oh did I mention the refrigerator use 5oz of 134a refrigerant so 300 dollars for 5oz of Freon . How was he suppose to put the Freon in even if I agreed when he showed up with no tools or gauges Wasted my entire day

We called this service for our dryer which was making a high pitched noise. The repair man came and charged us $155.00 He had to order two parts he said. He came back the next day to do the repair. He only installed one new part. After two weeks the noise started again. We contacted the repair man and after not hearing from him we contacted the company direct here on thumbtack. They said they would contact the repairman. Now about 6 weeks since this started we have not heard back from any of them. We heard back from them yesterday and today someone came. Unfortunately the machine didn't make the noise when they were here but they promised to come back if the noise starts again
