Wilco Appliance was a life saver. I was hosting a party and my refrigerator stopped working. I called and received an appointment the same day. The technician arrived within the appointment window and knew the exact problem after the diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process of how he was going to fix the issue. My refrigerator was back working and in time before I lost any food. 5 stars is not enough to rate the excellent service.

Our refrigerator started malfunctioning the day before a 3-day holiday weekend. The technician squeezed in an appointment for us and fixed our problem in 30-40 minutes. He was extremely professional and explained the issue in plain English. I was grateful for his prompt response and that he fixed our refrigerator.
