- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect the complete package-not just balloons, baked goods or dinner plates, but also the time, skill, materials and setup needed to create a stress-free, beautiful event. This means you're not just paying for items, but for a curated, ready to enjoy experience. Customization affects cost. Based pricing covers standard themes, colors, and guest counts. Special requests (premium flowers, luxury tableware, unique balloon shapes, upgraded menu items, or rush orders) may adjust the total. This ensures each event is tailored to the customer's exact vision. In addition, the quotes are clear and upfront so the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a friendly conversation to learn about your event, theme, budget, and guest count. This is where you can share your vision, ideas, inspiration and must-have details. Based on your ideas I create a tailored plan that includes decor, balloon setups, table set-up, baked goods and any type of food service you'd like. Next you'll receive an itemized quote. Once happy with the proposal, a deposit secures your date. We'll confirm colors, menu selections, balloon designs and any special touches. On the day of the event I arrive early to begin set-up. Everything will be picture perfect when your guests arrive. After the event, I return to take down the decorations and clear the setup so you don't have to lift a finger.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a combination of hands on experience, creative training, and customer service expertise to every event I design. My background includes specialized training in balloon artistry, including color theory, structure building, and safe installation techniques, as well as food safety and presentation to ensure baked goods and full dinner setups are both beautiful and fresh. I've also completed workshops in event styling and coordination, which have strengthened my ability to design cohesive themes and manage all the moving parts of a celebration. Beyond formal training I have years of practical experience planning and executing events for a variety of occasions.
