- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
you know. I cannot answer that . all I am willing to say that I never mind paying alot for a smaller bite of good food. I am not all about the money. but food costs are significant when I shop for my version of fresh ingredients. and I will never charge more then the food costs plus a fair markup. I am routinely yelled at by customers for charging too little....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
just talk to me . what is the goal ? once I understand what we wish to accomplish here. leave the rest to me. I got this...lol
