Discounts vary depending on what services are needed. They are also offered on bundled services. Discounts are based on different types of situational circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tend to listen to my clients. Observe, analyze, and access the issue at hand. I ask questions to find out what type of assistance is needed in regarding to computer troubleshooting or repair services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of technology experience. I grew up with the rise of tech, and have been involved in the industry ever since! I'm an Apple Certified Technician. I have taken many courses in regarding to repairing smart devices, troubleshooting computers, and fixing gaming consoles. I have a passion for helping others understand their product, describing & thoroughly showing how they function.
