I wish Thimbtack would let me click all of the boxes above because Serhii and Olga really hit on all checkboxes! We posted the pictures of what we needed done (the first picture below where the ceiling spot that was repaired needed retexturing and painting) they reached out to me and quickly pointed out that original work was not done correctly and offered to redo the entire job for a very reasonable amount. I was initially skeptical, but I'm glad I followed through! They delivered exactly as they promised. Not only are they very communicative, they are prompt, polite, professional, and extremely respectful of your home and work area. Most importantly the work quality! They indeed finished within the time span promised (only days to spare to complete the repair prior to sale of home!) completely rebuilding the ceiling drywall section which unfortunately had not been repaied properly by a prior, less experienced handyman. They were able to redo it so the ceiling is now perfectly flush and this able to be textured properly. This is where they really delivered, because I was having great difficulty finding a texture company to come in and do such a small job, and those that would demand an extortion rate! I was so impressed on how meticulous Olga actually recreated each texture spot by hand! The ceiling looks absolutely perfect and back to its original form
