FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the lawn, the condition of the yard, and the type of service requested. Standard lawn service includes mowing, edging, and blowing. Larger properties, overgrown grass, or additional services such as hedge trimming or cleanup may affect the final price. For new customers, we currently offer: • $20 off your first one-time service • A free lawn cut when committing to recurring service Most homeowners choose bi-weekly lawn service to keep their yard consistently clean and healthy. We always provide clear pricing before starting any work, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make things easy for new customers. 1. Request a quote – Send us your address and the type of service you need. 2. Property review – We take a quick look at the property to determine lawn size and service needs. 3. Provide pricing – We send a clear estimate based on the yard size and condition. 4. Schedule service – Once approved, we schedule the service for the next available opening. 5. Ongoing maintenance (optional) – Most of our customers choose bi-weekly lawn service to keep their yard looking great year-round. Our goal is to make the process quick, transparent, and hassle-free.
