I am a veteran and this company gave me a fair quote and the price stayed the same. They gave me a discount because I am a veteran. They arrived on time worked extra hard and were generous enough to give me extra time. My belongings arrived at my new home without any damage. I will be using their services again if I plan on moving.

I used American Movers today for the first time (I've moved 4 times in the past decade). I was impressed... Gary and a couple of the other guys did an amazing job and did the move quickly. They also helped organize all my boxes and nothing was damaged. I’ll definitely use them again when I move.

BEWARE!! I have had a terrible experience with American Movers Company. The expectation set my the sales associate was frequent communication leading up to the move with a total cost of approximately $2,000. After not hearing from them with only a week until the move I had to call several times to speak to someone and was told they would call me back with the details requested but never did. It wasn’t until the day before that we were able to connect and finally confirm pickup date and time (only 16 hour notice)! Upon arrival we were made aware that American Movers Company is a broker and not the actual company doing the move, and that they significantly under quoted us! Final cost was more than double the price! When we were told this we attempted to call American Movers Company several times with no answer and with no ability to leave a message because the mailbox was full. With the deposit non-refundable we were forced to continue the move, but I would NEVER use them or recommend them going forward!
