Extremely misleading. Profile states it’s veterans doing the packing and they all know what they are doing with their skills but it’s only 1 veteran and 2 other individuals who don’t speak English to communicate with you. They don’t know how to pack properly and all 3 individuals were in a tiny kitchen taking 3-4 hours just to clear out cabinets and pantry. Took 2 ppl to tape boxes and they kept having to ask the owner what to do but couldn’t communicate with me and things were packed like bread which was supposed to be eaten that night. Owner is nice but unfortunately her set up is not good also her extra charge that wasn’t made clear for initial quote of $180 for junk removal doesn’t include the time they so slowly take to get the junk and remove it to their car. In 5 hours plus the added 2 hours for junk removal they didn’t even finish the kitchen and were able to take junk items out that’s it!!! My whole apartment is 670sq ft we had boxes already made around the home too so yes it was crowded but they didn’t pack anything except kitchen stuff for 4-5 hours which is crazy to me unheard of actually I’ve had organizers come by themselves and know pit my kitchen and what was in the fridge in an hour she was 1 of 3???? And she refused to give any kind of refund or a lesser charge. Had it been people she worked with that were veterans or knew what they were doing it would have worked better unfortunately that was not the case I’m dissatisfied owner is nice and she was more knowledgeable about packing but having 2 individuals holding her back and costing me money because they don’t listen properly to her and couldn’t speak English to me made it all pointless and a false advertising for her company. Wouldn’t recommend if she’s not bringing correct staff
