Connecting first is key to target what the needs are and then pricing comes to play depending on accommodation. I will always go over everything and give options on pricing best fitting
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first know about them and their vision of what service they desire. I hear the details and then curate a menu that incorporates the best quality ingredients I can source fitting. I go over options and mock menus to provide a tasting. I then adjust and add extra creative surprises. Depending on the service if it’s a dinner/ event party, meal prep or private family client
