Chef Maria was absolutely amazing. She was prompt with all her equipment,and cleaned up everything before she left. Maria had such a calm demeanor with all the madness of kids running around,and chaos of setting up a party (None of that seemed to faze her). Maria, made my parent’s 50th Anniversary so special. The food was amazing, and she was so considerate of how I wanted the dinner party to run. She even made the kids a special dessert which was so thoughtful. My family and I are looking for any excuse to have another party to have Maria cater for us! Maria was a pleasure to work with,and has such a nice personality. My entire family enjoyed the evening and raved about her when she left.

OMG - was this a great find!!!!! To bring this truly authentic, and incredibly tasty experience to my home was one of the best decisions I made for this party. The set up and (and then set up again) and clean up was phenomenally well orchestrated, the food was incredible, and I looked like the ‘master hostess’.!!! With a last-minute change of plans, what started as a party for 20 (mostly young) women ended up as a seamless gathering for 40.of all ages - and Chef Maria still made it happen with a “Don’t worry, we will take care of you” (in her comforting Italian accent!). This is only the first of - what will be - many more events on the horizon for Chef Maria - (not just with me…. But my friends too!!) My ONLY regret was not being able to show you more pix of the food and setup, but here is a few of my very happy guests. Grazie, Chef Maria, sei davvero la migliore!
