- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pizza or pasta stations start at $1,500. Pizza and pasta together start at $2,500. Quotes are all-inclusive: menu, setup, live cooking, service and cleanup. Larger parties, extra hours and add-ons like an appetizer and salad buffet are quoted to fit your event. Every event is customized to menu, guest count and logistics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me your date, guest count and location. I reply with a custom menu and a clear all-inclusive price. Once you confirm, I lock your date, we finalize the menu, and I handle shopping, prep, setup, live cooking, service and cleanup on the day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9 years as a professional chef and cooking instructor, with a Southern Italian and Neapolitan focus. I run live pizza and pasta stations for private parties, corporate events and weddings.
