My personal training (and nutrition) program is designed to provide a result for you, not simply a service Decades of science, precision, and proper exercise form are the keys to successfully changing one's self. My Ph.D work in nutrition science, physiology (how the body functions), and many years of personal training using weights and machines are my keys. Past experience includes being a Master trainer who trained and retrained other trainers. Authoring a book entitled Body Conversion: Understanding Nutrition, Exercise, and Your Body, #1 trainer out of 4000 nationally at 24 Hour Fitness, my client's results were the keys to my success. Excellent professional! Michael has expansive knowledge in exercise science and uses those expertise to carve out a desired physique. He explains things in details regarding which muscle group you’re working with and helps improve your form to get max out of each set and rep. Highly recommended!!!
