Introduction: I stand out among my peers in the Fitness world because my approach is one from the mindset of the body being able to move in its most natural range of motion. I don't rely on putting a client in a machine, sit back and watch them go through the motions. Instead I place individuals in a position to perform a task (or exercise), to be challenged while doing it, with the ultimate goal of succeeding at the task. This positive enforcement allows individuals to achieve things they never thought possible before they met me. Since every individual is different, I work to adapt both them to the exercise and modify the exercise to them. Many of my previous clients had injuries that limited them in their life and were turned down by trainers. But working with me, I have not only been able to give them more abilities, increased range of motion, but I have also had several come off medication (which they had been told they would be on for life), as well as avoided surgery. My background in the Military allows me to have a different perspective on just what the body can achieve as well as how to achieve it.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    While I have trained Military members, Athletes (High School, College, and Semi-Pro), Physique and Strength competitors to excel in their field of choice. I have most commonly been called upon to assist people in losing body fat, gaining strength, and improving their overall physical fitness and health. I typically do this by getting the body to move in its most normal range of motion through a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises. Then we increase the workload on the body to increase your base muscle mass. Once the body gains more lean muscle, the rate of calories burned while in motion and at rest increases. This process ensures that your overall body fat therefore decreases. The end result is a tighter, leaner, stronger and healthier individual.
