- What types of customers have you worked with?
While I have trained Military members, Athletes (High School, College, and Semi-Pro), Physique and Strength competitors to excel in their field of choice. I have most commonly been called upon to assist people in losing body fat, gaining strength, and improving their overall physical fitness and health. I typically do this by getting the body to move in its most normal range of motion through a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises. Then we increase the workload on the body to increase your base muscle mass. Once the body gains more lean muscle, the rate of calories burned while in motion and at rest increases. This process ensures that your overall body fat therefore decreases. The end result is a tighter, leaner, stronger and healthier individual.
