I decided to take a greater interest in my health this year, and as part of that, I thought it would be worth trying a personal trainer. After doing some research on the web, I found Send Me A Trainer, and through them, I was able to easily find a trainer suited to my needs. Ive done six sessions with him over several months and have been exceptionally pleased with each session. My trainer has a good understanding of my goals and is helping me reach them faster than I ever couldve expected. I am quite confident that I will continue to work with him and the company he works for, Send Me A Trainer, for years to come. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone would benefit from what they have to offer. Also, the pricing is fair and their app is easy to use.

We offer 4, 8, or 12-month programs with a discount when you pay in full. Train as often as you like and pay one flat rate to work with any of our personal trainers. We also offer trial packs with 4 sessions to get you started and acquainted with our team and program.
