We offer tiered pricing for both short-term and residential property management based on the level of service you need. Our fees are performance-based, so we earn when you earn. There are no hidden fees, and we’re always upfront about additional costs like repairs or third-party services. Discounts may be available for multi-unit or portfolio owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand your goals and the unique needs of your property. Then we perform a property evaluation, provide customized recommendations, and walk you through the next steps, whether it’s onboarding for full-service management, tenant placement, or turning your space into a short-term rental. We handle everything from listing setup and compliance to regular maintenance and guest or tenant support.
