- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New client phone consultations are always free. Price quotes will be provided based on the tax preparation needs of each client. Tax preparation prices start at $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I will call them to determine 1. the client's tax preparation or tax (audit) representation needs 2. if they prefer to work remotely or meet in person 3. if I can complete the job within the client's deadline and budget
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While attending college I studied accounting and received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In graduate school my favorite classes were federal tax classes because I enjoyed the challenge of completing tax forms, it was like solving a puzzle.
