A very pleasant experience very nice gentleman very organized but very much confused between two outfits each saying that you know they're my technician this guy was here he had all the information had all the parts so he installed it then he told me I had to pay him upfront when the other company told me not to pay them they would bill me that's what I was wondering what the hell is going on hereanyway the job was very neat very pleasant he went out of his way to please me cleaned up his mess I have nothing bad to say about the gentleman I mean I had to pay him here on site which was not planned but other than that I'm very happy
