- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always clear — no hidden fees. It depends on the size and condition of the furniture. I offer free estimates, plus discounts for multiple pieces or returning customers. You’ll always know the total before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a quick description or a few photos of the furniture. Then I send you a quote and schedule the best time. On cleaning day, I inspect everything, explain the process, use eco-friendly products, and make sure you’re 100% happy before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional training in upholstery care, stain removal, and safe chemical use. Over the years, I’ve cleaned every fabric type — from delicate linen to thick microfiber and leather. Experience matters!
