What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, and I'll price a job based on the amount of work involved. I do have general shooting & editing hourly rates, but I often package them for a larger project. I will work within your budget! The goal is to create the product you want at the price you want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know exactly what the customer is looking to do so I can work toward that goal. If the customer is unsure of the project's specifics, I love to help guide them toward a desired outcome by proposing ideas and showing samples of similar videos I've done.
A big part of our business is customer service; I get a great deal of repeat clients. For new customers, I want to earn their business now and in the future, so I treat the project as if it were my for my own business, and I strive to deliver something that exceeds expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As President of the company, I've been working in video for over 25 years. I was also a film and television instructor at a local university. I've worked on television shows, films, corporate projects, etc. and I've trained people in and out of a classroom setting.
