Allan is a great personal trainer and he helped me to lose 20 lbs in 3 months. I couldn't be happier with the results! In the past, I've struggled to stick to a fitness program due to a knee injury that always slowed me down or stopped me completely, but Allan is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work around my limitations. I've worked with other personal trainers, but Allan is hands down the most professional and patient.

The axiom form follows function is an ideal way to characterize the benefits of training with Allan. He is adept at grasping how the individual body functions, as it makes adaptations because of age or injury or structure and then designing a program (encompassing strength and cardio training plus help in making better lifestyle choices) that gets the best results for the particular person. Whether he is advising in a group setting like the P90X Intensity X3 or individual training sessions, Allan focuses on safely but rigorously guiding his clients to derive maximum results from their exercise and lifestyle programs. I have trained with him both individually and in a group and have benefited from his strategic and well-schooled, natural approach to fitness, health and wellness.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our training staff is required to participate in continuing education in order to maintain certification.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our typical client is looking to lose weight and build lean muscle, however, we are experts in the field and can work with a range of goals, needs and limitations.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to look for a trainer that is certified through NASM, ACE or NSCA. These are the 3 most recognized professional organizations for certifying personal trainers.
