What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer public group classes at parks and the beach for only $10 per person and your first class is free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I always ask what their skill level is concerning yoga. I teach at all levels and for one on one sessions tailor the flow to accommodate the skill level of the client I am working with. I also ask about any injuries sustained throughout the clients life and if there is any current problem or pain they are experiencing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered and certified in a 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) and have specialized training in Yin yoga and Vinyasa yoga with a certificate for a 50 hour yin yoga training (YYT)
