Introduction: Here is a little about me: I am a registered ashtanga yoga instructor certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). I have a bachelor's degree in biology from FAU and I am a master's candidate for biomedical neuroscience research. I have been practicing yoga intensively for 1.5 years. I decided to get certified to teach yoga because I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am available for private yoga sessions, small group/family yoga sessions, partner/couple acro yoga sessions, and calisthenics/yoga-based strength workout sessions ranging from 1-2 hours per session. Examples of class types are as follows: * "Beginner's Yoga" class: basic principles of yogic breathing and the proper form of the most common postures you will do in any yoga class. This is meant for beginners who are new to yoga and need extra personal attention. * "Vinyasa style Power Yoga" class: Start with a few gentle warm-up postures, sun salutations, warrior and standing posture series, hip and back openers, and finish with some traditional closing postures. * "Yin Yoga" class: a slow-paced restorative yoga class in which we will hold postures 2-4 minutes to get deep into the connective tissues.
