Perry was very responsive to all of my questions prior to the work starting. He arrived when he said he would and got right to work! He was very professional in letting me know when he was leaving to go to the dump. It required an additional day, which we discussed and he arrived and completed the project. I have attached pictures to show how well he completed the project. Would definitely recommend Perry to others and should I have another need, I would reach out to "Reasonable Delivery and more" again! HE is a handy man, does pressure washing, property clean-outs , trash removal and more. He removed construction debris for me and cleaned up the area after removal of debris.

Perry was fantastic He had to make 2 trips but accommodated to my schedule any even made sure my patio was swept and washed. He definitely went above and beyond. Will be contacting him on the future if I need any help
