Perry Did a great job for me on a new construction job. He picked up the last of the construction debris mainly boxes. He had found in one of the boxes he took the remote controls to a new TV. He was good enough to call me and let me know he had them.he saved the day for me really a good honest man and is very thorough Lonnie

First off, Perry does a whole lot more than just junk removal. Perry is a handyman with the skills and knowledge to fix just about anything around the house. I contacted Perry to remove a full size freezer, that had died, from my garage. Because of safety reasons I didn't want the freezer left on the curb for the garbage man so he loaded it into his truck. He moved and loaded the freezer all by himself. He also removed a large TV and large TV stand which had plagued my living room for months. After removing the old one, Perry put together a new glass and wood TV stand that I had purchased. He was courteous, knowledgeable and skillful. His rates for the completed work were very reasonable. I can't think of anything that he could have done to make his visit better than it was. I knew after his first visit that I wanted to keep his number handy for any other work I needed completed around my house. I just recently contacted him to fix a leaky toilet. I cannot say enough positive things about Perry. He was great, completed all the work I had for him and had great rates.

Perry was on time .. sized up the situation .. moved the giant TV out of the apartment and down the flight of stairs .. with utmost of ease .. no damage done to item or building.. he already has the 2nd part of the job lined up ..thank again Perry

Perry was excellent. He arrived at the time we agreed on. He took the fridge from our garage and got it into his truck and the price he quoted was what I paid. It was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any type of future work.

I live in Ct. and have a rental in Fla. I called Reasonable Delivery to remove an old washer and Perry was there the next day. Our tenant told me that Perry was very professional, fast and very reasonable. I kept his phone because his rate was cheap and was there the next day. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Perry.
