- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our standard service fee is 69 dollars for a 21 point tune up. we also do free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer in the most professional and friendly manner possible. When a customer calls us we schedule an appointment, fix the problem and give them the best HVAC experience. After wards we talk about their satisfaction with all time air and ask if they would like a contract with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Is a trade you have to learn on the field, or in school. All of our techs have 6+ years of experience
