James responded very quickly and was very responsive. Arrived on time...like on time! Very knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the issue not only for the dishwasher, I initially did the request for, but for a dryer and refrigerator issue. He gave a great price and came back quickly with replacement parts within 1.5 hours. I will recommend James for appliance repairs. Great service!
