Introduction: I like to go above and beyond my competition. I inform my clients when I am on my way. I take excellent care of the dog(s) and/or cat(s) and will take special requests within reason. I send my clients pictures or videos on how well their animal(s) did that day to reassure them that I treated the pets like they were my own, with love and attention. I am pet CPR and First-Aid Certified. I go the extra mile by cleaning out the water bowls to get rid of any bacteria and fill them with cold water with each viait. I give treats (if it's allowed by each owner) and then I give special attention to the animal(s) to make sure they are comfortable, happy and relaxed until mommy and or daddy comes home. I love to get to know each dog by their personality. I find out quickly what their likes and dislikes are, I find out what they like to do for fun, where their sweet spots are to be scratch and pet them after they've been walked and fed. I am a true animal lover and it shows.

We have used Randi on more than one occasion. From a week while we were on vacation to a last minute stint when our son was born. She has always made herself available, even last minute. We have 3 dogs and she treated them like her own. Spending extra time with them, walking them, playing with them, feeding them, etc. She always takes photos and sends updates on how they are doing. Randi is extremely trustworthy and reliable. We would highly recommend her from a daily walk for your dogs to her dog sitting on longer vacations. We love Randi and even more importantly, our dog do!

Randi watched my 2 dogs for a long weekend. She came to my house 3x a day. While she was watching the dogs, she would send videos and pictures to let me know my babies were doing great! Randi is a trustworthy, dog loving person! I will use her every time my husband and I go on vacation. She treated my 2 dogs as if they were her own.

She is the best dog walker we ever had! She is reliable and trustworthy and most of all she LOVES our dog! She is very flexible and even comes on short notice. My husband and I work long hours and it's the best feeling to know that our puppy is well taken care of while we are gone. Our dog Blue loves his dog walker and we are sure glad we found her!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge the same fee per visit as long as the commute is about a 15 minute range from where I live. If the location is farther than 20 minutes away, I may charge a little extra for my time, gas and wear and tear on my car. If there is more than one pet. I usually won't charge extra if they both walk together, however if there are 4 dogs and they need separate walks, feeding etc. than its additional time and I may charge a small fee in addition to my normal charge for the extra time it would take me To take care of them all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't do continuing education but I plan on learning Cpr just incase.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a friend start dog walking and suggested I do it too because of the love I have for dogs. It was perfect for me because it's good exercise, low anxiety, and you earn money while doing what you love. I am a natural care giver and the combination of loving all dogs makes this a perfect job for me.
