Introduction: We started out as a makeshift team of professionals, putting together Airbnb before it was mainstream. At the Home we have an NYU graduate who believes in a firm work ethic in which jobs are started and finished to the benefit of the customer and all the games played in the field are avoided. We are coming to the business with her as employees and become owners so everyone on a client Property has a stake in the company and a higher responsibility than average. We charge mid range out of fairness, we do a good job and we all profit. We are always seeking a win-win for ourselves and our clients. On our team, we have an old-school Master Carpenter from Illinois, a business professional from New York, a master painter from South America and a strong young buck, who handles a lot of the heavy lifting. We have a network of other professionals that we bring in as needed, but staying small as how we keep our cost down so we could pass on the savings to our clients.
