We are VERY impressed with the care Alsi Pro took with installing our tvs. It was not rushed and they were able to suggest improvements, locations based on their experience. He replaced my light kit to my fandelier. A lot of people haven’t worked with these so I was so happy to hear he had experience with these. It turned out I bought the wrong model but he was able to make adjustments using parts from the new model version I had and made it work. It did require more labor and time, but it was a very nominal fee considering he was able to make it work and it looks and works great. Fair pricing and swift service. He was very professional and very easy to work with and communicate with. Thanks!
