I signed up with Jeff at Top Fit Pros Training about nine months ago. I had an overweight and out of shape conditioning problem. With his program he guided me to a successful reduction of over 70 pounds from a size 18 tight now into a size 2. I can tell you that I have no hanging skin from his program. This coach really knows what he's doing! He constantly encourages and educate you on fitness and health. I am a professional with a PhD and everything he tells I'll check it out when I have free time. I have not found one thing he has told me that is not accurate. His experience really shows in his love for helping his clients. I am very perceptive with cleanliness. He always clean all the Equipment after every client and washes his hands before he starts with you. The place is absolutely spotless. I am not going to an open membership Gym because I like my privacy with my trainer without distractions around me. I've been to a few other trainers and really was not happy with the results. If you have to get in shape and lose weight then consider going to Jeff. He really is the best I have found in Martin County. Renea.
Ive been a client of Ignacio for over a year, both in the gym for strength training as well as a running coach. He is all you could want as a trainer! Timely, attentive, challenging, friendly, and strong physiology knowledge which all combined leads to goal achievement. I strongly recommend him as a trainer for almost any type of training, whether its cardio, strength, or whatever else your goals might be.
Frantz is knowledgeable and professional. He helped me set goals and pushes me toward them while keeping me accountable for my own diet, health and fitness. He coaches me on proper form and keeping mentally strong as I gain physical strength and stamina. His workouts are tough but completely worth it!

There is nothing better for your health than an appointment with Dr. Wasserman. It's the best thing I ever did! And continue to do. That's the only secret I'll give out. Call him, yes, he will call you back himself. How many doctor do that these days? MY doctor does.

JJ is really amazing. Super responsive and makes sure to ask constant questions about your wants and wishes to get down to the right excersises to help you succeed. If your really looking to workout and reach your goal —then JJ is your man. Expect to work OUT! He’s tough, but knows the right balance about when to push and when to step back to take notes on what to work on. He’s really friendly and always checks in to make sure your comfortable with the excerise and pace. I absolutely recommend, and he is extremely reasonable. You’re phenomenal JJ!! I look forward to many more sessions!! :)

Ahmad is a best coach ever!!! He pushes me gently, yet firmly to achieve little more every day. He checks on me on days we do not work out together. He gives me suggestions on how could I improve my diet and teaches me how my food intake works in favor with my exercise. Where do I even begin to give him praise???? When I first came across Frankkie's profile online and saw the name/logo and the whole "big-butt" thing, I have to admit, I was apprehensive to contact him... but we all have to agree that he does have a nice big butt, haha! And as they say, never judge a book by its cover, and boy was that true this time because I've been into fitness my entire life, and Frankkie proved to be one of the most knowledgeable and professional fitness trainers/nutritionists I've ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with! First, all of my guidance was done online and some of it by phone too. My goal was to attain a certain body weight and body fat percentage, and right away, Frankkie put a very calculated meal plan into action, and not only that, he stayed in contact with me EVERY single day, constantly checking in to make sure that I was following every single thing he instructed me to. He basically held my hand and walked me through everything so I stayed on target to what I was wanting to achieve. I absolutely didn't expect this kind of service and professionalism, but he exceeded everything I ever thought a trainer could be way beyond all my expectations! If you come across Frankkie's profile, and are hesitant to give him a try, take my word for it, make that next step and let him lead the way! All I can say is EXCELLENT. I've been training with jasmine for 3 weeks now and I see tremendous results in my Body and with my health. I see Jasmine 6 days a week and she is ALWAYS on time and super professional. She has yet to miss a session :) Jasmine also prepares all three of my meals and 2 snacks and delivers them weekly for a great price. She brings the gym to ME and she is the perfect balance of motivating without being a overbearing. I can't wait to see what the rest of my fitness journey holds with Jasmine! Victoria Gonzalez
I liked mashas personality and positive vibes that attracted me to her from the first session. I'm a very energetic and busy person, so when I started to feel low energy in the middle of day that made me automatically think of a health coach. When we started to work with health coach Masha, I had several goals in mind: find a healthy solution for a mid day "pick me up", also I had trouble getting up rejuvenated in the mornings, sugar cravings and I needed overall knowledge about healthy lifestyle. Masha throughly analyzed my health situation, my emotional status and created a very comfortable plan for me to follow. As a result, now I wake up fresh and full of energy, I'm on a healthy diet and I LIKE to eat healthier foods now, I choose to have more vegetables and my sugar cravings are gone! I highly recommend Masha, because she is very passionate about what she does, she is knowledgeable, she is really there for you every day every time you need her!
After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
