FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspection pricing depends on the size of the home and the services requested. In Palm Beach and Broward Counties, most inspection services range from $125 to $600 depending on the type of inspection and the property's square footage. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your property and inspection requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts me, I start by gathering a few details about the property and the type of inspection needed. From there, I provide a quote and help schedule a convenient time. On inspection day, I personally perform a thorough evaluation of the home’s major systems and components, including the roof, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior and exterior elements. As a licensed contractor and home inspector with a background in residential remodeling, I bring practical insight into how homes are built and where issues commonly develop. After the inspection, you’ll receive a clear, easy-to-understand report with photos outlining the findings. I’m always available to answer questions and help you understand the results so you can make confident decisions about the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida state-licensed home inspector and licensed contractor with a background in residential remodeling. My professional training includes comprehensive education in home inspection standards, covering structural systems, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and overall building performance. In addition to formal training, I bring real-world construction experience from working first hand in residential remodeling. This background provides a deeper understanding of how homes are built, how materials age, and where problems commonly develop; insight that goes beyond a basic checklist inspection. By combining professional inspection training with practical construction knowledge, I’m able to provide clients with a thorough evaluation of the home and clear explanations that help them better understand the property they’re buying or selling.
