Very happy with Elizabeth, Jorge, and Jacqueline. Elizabeth responded right away, very professionally. I’m hard of hearing and she was happy to text me instead of making me call. She gave me a price up front and answered all my questions, and followed up with me the day before to remind me of the service. Jorge and Jacqueline came to clean, they knew I was hard of hearing and spoke very clearly and slowly for me which is so appreciated. Very friendly, very hard working. They were late due to additional unexpected work needed on a previous job which is absolutely understandable given the nature of this work and the traffic in the area, but Elizabeth kept me posted ahead of time without me needing to ask, so I actually really appreciate that and count that in their favor. So many professionals will be late and not even tell you, which is stressful to me. The team stayed until the job was done and did an amazing job. The house is cleaner than it’s been in years. I’m disabled and can’t clean the floor or baseboards so they did such a great job. Everything went back where it was supposed to go. If I had the ability to hire them once a week I would do so without question.

Eli and her team were AMAZING! They booked me last minute and worked around my limited availability. Showed up on time and did a thorough walk-through of the house. We discussed in great length all the details I needed done. It was my first time using this company and they simply did an outstanding job. I required a very detail cleaning of a large property with animals in the house and it was a lot of work. But the team got right into it with no fear! They worked fast, efficient and made sure that I checked everything after them to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Which I was! I was very very happy with how they cleaned all areas requested! I will only use them from now on. Hire them now, you won’t to regret it!
