Last year I hired Legacy to do landscaping at my home. Andy came and offered what I thought was a great plan. He recommended an associate to do the paver job. A couple of months elapsed, we were getting closer to my summer departure, and I hadn't heard back from anyone. Andy would not return calls. FINALLY, work commenced, first with the kid who did paver jobs. This was an ordeal. He was something of a hustler, telling me what a great deal I was getting and that he only wanted to become known in my neighborhood. He never presented me with a plan drawn up on paper, and did not do exactly the work I contracted him to do, and didn't do some of it well. During the job he and his workmen eliminated the several inch drop between the front door and porch; I had specifically told him I didn't want that. He said it was necessitated by the thickness of the pavers; but he could have told me that beforehand. Now, since I have no room for a welcome mat I constantly have grit tracked into my house. It changed my life. He also didn't fill spaces between pavers properly and the sand grout is pocked. It does look very nice, however, to casual inspection. Half of the expensive spartan junipers Andy recommended have died due to spider mites, a problem well enough known that no one else carries these plants in south FLA. I had to replace them with a common and inexpensive plant from Home Depot since Andy never got more in. The nursery did replace an azalea plant which had died for free. I would not approach such a job again without doing extensive research; the paver job, especially, took me by surprise. Overall I did not have a good experience with this company and would not recommend it.

We had Legacy Gardens and Andy do the landscaping last April around our new homes in Palm Beach Shores. Close to 30% of what Andy recommended and planted has died. We called his business three times asking for advice and left messages and he has never called us back. Our lawn people said that he planted garbage and crappy annuals. Just like the Obama and the Democrats in DC, all lying bullshit promises, backed by scan artist and deceit...
