Initial consult is complimentary. *PNAP-Personalized Nutrition Action Plan $100.00 for Two Hour Evaluation Fee segmentally decreases per wk for 6 weeks upon successful weekly until final session commences at zero. * EPMS Holistic Coaching Process 12 Weeks $500.00 at first session *Individualized weekly sessions $50.00 per session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to offer a complimentary initial session, that way we can get aquainted and lay out a plan for moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandfather was a chef in Atlanta, my mother raised me as her sous chef in the kitchen, making gourmet meals from the time I could remember. I watched my mom walk through anorexia and bulimia on the road to finding health and healing with food choices. I have my BA in Psychology with a minor in Biblical Studies, worked as a nutritionist while in University. 4 years experience in a mentorship/leadership training program,. Participated in extensive experiencial retreats for the purpose of growth in the topics of healing, purpose, wholeness and identity. Engaged in my own personal coaching journey followed by training needed to take others through their own. I have created the PNAP -a unique nutritional coaching plan designed to help people achieve their goals toward physical health and wholeness.
