Kimberly was super professional, always a step ahead, always on time, tough, with great sense of humor. We trained 4 times per week for a month, and I enjoyed every class.Aug 31, 2016VerifiedCompletePhysique's reply
I enjoyed every member of your family even little Matt and really appreciate you all trusting me with your bodies and challenges (even though I'm a girl). Especially thanks for braving the Florida heat at 7am during your vacation. It was great seeing you change and glad you are continuing the workouts. xoK
I have been working with Kimber for around 2 years now. I had a frozen shoulder and chronic back pain. Kimber keeps the workout program interesting and fun. I have full mobility of my shoulder and no longer have back pain. My biometric numbers are greatly improved and I have so much more energy. Kimber is very knowledgeable. She is focused on my individual needs to increase my cardio health and fight the effects of osteoporosis through cardio and weight training. My overall health and well being is greatly improved. I recommend Kimber to anyone looking to improve their physical health and well-being.Jul 23, 2016CompletePhysique's reply
Believe in yourself as much as I believe in you. Your accomplishments over the past couple years are astounding as has been your hard work and consistency even as a remote client. Keep it up! xoK
We hired Kimber because my mom wanted to get in shape for my brothers wedding. She was great to work with setting up appointments for my mom even though we live in different cities and states. And the results have been fantastic.Feb 11, 2020VerifiedCompletePhysique's reply
Thank you Jeremy! You are a great example to all of how to kick-start a family member into accomplishing their goals. Your parents are always a delight to work with. Looking forward to meeting sometime.... K

Thanks Stephen! It's been fun working with you and great to see you accomplishing your weight loss goal slow and steady!
Kimberly is a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious. She is able to motivate me while maintaining a pleasant and upbeat attitude. I have learned so much from her in just the first three sessions.Sep 11, 2016VerifiedCompletePhysique's reply
Fast forward 1 month... Dan you're a pleasure to work with soaking up everything and a wonderfully self-motivated student. Now with injury improving, we get to the REALLY fun training! xo K
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The following pricing is for ALL fitness and rehab services. **I ONLY teach PILATES MAT, I will be happy to work with you at your home or my location which is not a private pilates "studio". **Home and location training: I do bring additional equipment like balls, bands, ropes, TRX, etc. if needed. **IF you would like to train and come to me, one location option is "5 star fitness", located 7435 S. Military Trail. Lake worth, Florida 33463. **If less equipment and a field is needed, our location may be outdoors at a track or soccer pitch, or at my home. ————————--------------------------------------------------------------- IN HOME or HOME GYM TRAINING, AQUATIC REHAB or OUTDOOR TRAINING: Depending on location: $75.00-$100 per hour. No additional fee for extra people. MY LOCATION (come to me at home or outside): $65 -$75per hour, $45 for 1/2 hours. **Reformer UNAVAILABLE. SMALL GROUP FITNESS: 2 people: $80 per hour, $50 for 1/2 hour. Additional people would be $5.00 on top of the these prices. LARGE GROUP CORPORATE FITNESS or Aquatics: This would apply to larger groups at a workplace or a development. Regardless of attendance numbers, contracted price is $100.00 per 60 minute class. Discounts not provided for more sessions purchased or prepayment for training “packages”. Discounts ARE offered for multiple weekly sessions. All clients and students are billed monthly or bimonthly for private sessions. Contracted Corporate accounts billed as agreed upon. Group Classes for semesters at private developments are pre-paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually: Once talking at length about the clients needs and goals via phone we agree to work together. During the first appointment/session I like to meet for around 1 1/2 hours. We spend the first 15-20 minutes chatting, getting health history, etc. in writing. If Dr's release is required it would be sent to the client in advance. If weight loss is a goal, In the first meeting we would also do body composition measurements, Bp,perhaps some fitness tests, etc. depending on the programming. And then we'd workout too. Depending on the results of the first workout: loss of pain, muscle soreness, etc. we will adjust our plan slightly moving forward and in the weeks following.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every 2 years all trainers are required to re-certify. There are a certain number of hours required. Every year I take more than the required amount to gain more knowledge in a related aspect. For example: rather than just an aquatic therapy certification I might take an additional aquatic for spine course. This year I will be an official "Certified Speed and Agility Coach". I also am a Human and Dog conditioning specialist, have certifications in Aquatics,Pilates, Spinning, Limited Range of Motion Exercise, Total Body resistance (TRX), a B.A. and Paramedic degree.
