Moe was top-notch, and his meticulousness and attention to detail were perfect for our project. He mounted two Frame TVs with Sonos Arc Ultra soundbars, hiding all wires completely for a flawless, professional finish. Everything was perfectly level and aligned, with expert cable management. Punctual, professional, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. If you want museum-quality TV installation, Moe is your guy. Highly recommend!

I purchased a new 77" TV and wanted to have my "old" 75 TV mounted on a wall in another room. Within minutes of contacting Tech Dot, I received a call to discuss my project. I was quoted a price, and a date and time was established for the work to be done. Moe arrived on time and completed the work. He was meticulous, detail-oriented, and left the room free of debris. When I purchased my new 77" TV, I believed it could either be mounted on the wall or placed on a stand/entertainment center. Once I unboxed the TV, I learned it could only be wall-mounted. My new TV arrived about 2 hours after Moe installed my "old" TV. Since I wasn't going to attempt to mount the new TV on my own, I texted Moe and asked him if he was interested in mounting my new TV. I was shocked when he said that he could come back to my home that same day once he completed the job he was doing at the time. My new TV came with a template with an included mounting plate. I decided to do some preliminary work and placed the template on the wall where I wanted the TV to be mounted. When Moe arrived, he explained to me that the position of the mounting plate would not support the weight of the TV because there were no studs to properly secure the plate. Despite his warning and professional opinion, I asked him to use the included mounting plate. He complied. The mounting plate failed. Moe suggested that a generic, inexpensive mounting bracket would solve the problem. Despite being on the job for about and hour already, he was unbelievably gracious in allowing me to run to a local store to purchase a new bracket while he removed the included failed mounting plate and template. When I returned, he quickly went to work, installed the new bracket, hung my new TV, and cleaned up the area. When I asked him what I owed him for his work, he quoted his original price. I was shocked. I cannot recall the last time I hired someone with such integrity and professional workmanship; a person who takes such great pride in his work, and is truly customer-service oriented. Needless to say, I highly recommend Tech Dot!

Mo was incredibly responsive and did a phenomenal job. I have literally no idea where he hid the wires! It was incredibly worth it to have a professional mount my TV. I should have called him a long time ago (literally let the TV sit in a box for weeks, thinking I would get around to it)
