- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend and vary based on the customers needs. A customer can spend a few hundred dollars for more basic needs to thousands of dollars for larger problems and needs. Well water systems usually run on the higher end of our pricing scale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customers complaints about their problem. We test and evaluate the issues with the customers water and then we recommend the best possible solution that fits into the customers budget.
