Introduction: I’m a trauma informed private yoga therapist and mindfulness meditation instructor. Essentially, I help people create more resilience and ease in their bodies and in their lives.
As a yoga therapist, I offer personalized restorative yoga classes (in person and online) that focus on cultivating more resilience and ease through the body and the breath. I help people of all ages and abilities improve mobility and stability. I am also particularly passionate about supporting people with hypermobility and/or chronic pain recover from and prevent injury by developing more mindful body awareness.
As a mindfulness meditation instructor working online and in person, I specialize in making mindfulness more accessible and practical by blending traditional teachings on attention and compassion with the insights of neuroscience. I help people of all levels of experience and skill, develop a personal practice that works for them, rooted in self awareness and self compassion. Over time, this creates the conditions for deeper insight, connection and flow in their everyday life.
