I would give Mark a glowing five-star review. His live steel drum music truly made our party an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality, professional musical entertainment for their event. Thank you, Mark, for making our party such a huge success!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I keep this very simple by charging a flat fee of $250 per gig, up to 3 hours. (Please disregard any other pricing information that you may see on this site).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The customer will usually text me to introduce themselves. I usually text them back with a link to a video of my playing and ask them to call me if interested. When they call, I will then collect the date, time, and address of the occasion as well as specific details that the customer would like to discuss. If we come to an agreement, I put it in my calendar, and show up at the address at the agreed upon date and time.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified by the Berklee College of Music.
