- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing in this business can be tough, especially quoting an estimate on-line without ever seeing what your potential customer needs. We don't want to over price a job, scaring a customer away nor do you want to under sell our quality and experience, quality and commitment to our customers is what keeps them happy. Happy customers refer us to their friends and family and with that we build relationships
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new customers and we strive to become your go-to Handyman company when you are in need!! The best way to achieve this is to start by coming out to view what it is that you need done and then giving you a fair estimate, a quality completed job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the home repair business for over 20 years and I personally have been working within the home repair trade for over 35 years
