- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of event, guest count, menu selection, staffing needs, and event location. We focus on delivering a high-quality catering experience using premium ingredients, including our signature Angus beef birria. Custom quotes are provided for every event to ensure accuracy and transparency. Final pricing may include service staff, setup, breakdown, and travel depending on the event. We do not believe in hidden fees—everything is clearly discussed upfront before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, we start with a brief conversation to understand the event details, guest count, and vision. We then provide a customized quote based on the specific needs of the event. After the details are confirmed and the date is secured, we handle all preparation, setup, and service on the day of the event so our clients can relax and enjoy the experience. Communication is clear and consistent from inquiry to event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring hands-on experience from both brick-and-mortar restaurant operations and large-scale event catering. Since 2021, we’ve served thousands of guests through restaurant service, pop-ups, festivals, private events, and corporate catering. Our background includes menu development, high-volume service, food safety practices, and professional event execution. This experience allows us to operate efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation at every event.
