- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are always fair, transparent and based on industry standards ie. inflationary market value, MSRP, and time. Please understand, I have never been on two different jobs that were the same, but all projects are treated equally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our number 1 goal is to build confidence and trust in our client base. So naturally, having a phone conversation is the first step in getting to know our clients needs. Asking and answering questions will help us to understand quantity, quality and above all, simplicity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner and founder of YHC ~Alex Fuson~ has been in technology and AV for almost 30 years. Alex's interests and experience has lead him into sound and lighting for live staging, recording music in professional studios, to receiving certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco and CEDIA, just to name a few. Alex graduated school for Networking and computer science. Ultimately, home theater integration is our true passion, and we set forth to work with our client's to bring them the best in the field.
