- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No every job and family & home is different I don't want to over charge for my service because someone house is the same size but they need less work or its a reoccurring service. I have additional help for big projects. I travel to where the work is distance is not an issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To come in walk through with them if necessary where there trouble areas are. Start in whatever area they would like me to for them to maintain as much privacy as possible while in home. To do a great job. In an reasonable amount of time. Answer any questions adress any concerns or questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am home health/resident aide for 10 years. Cleaning & sanitizing has always been a part of my job as well. In my off time I decided to give the cleaning business a try and have been doing it every since. I have cleaned everything from homes to vacation condos. I started cleaning for another company and decided to branch off on my own.
